33pko Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction & Acceptance

33pko is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using any part of this website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 33pko and the user.

33pko reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and play on the 33pko platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
You must be located in a country or region where online gaming is legal.
You must have an active bank account or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) in your own name.
You must not be a person who has been banned from gaming by any court or authority.
Each user may open and operate only one account.

33pko reserves the right to verify the age of any account. If it is found that a user is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

3 Account Registration & Security

When opening an account with 33pko, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If someone else becomes aware of your account or password, or if you suspect unauthorized access, contact 33pko support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

33pko conducts identity verification to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud. For withdrawals or large transactions, you may be required to provide a national ID card or other government-issued document. Failure to provide the required information may result in delayed or suspended transactions.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 33pko are secured by full SSL encryption. The key rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank).
Depositing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Standard withdrawal time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

33pko reserves the right to delay, investigate, or cancel any withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33pko's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific terms. It is the user's responsibility to read these terms carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33pko offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
Wagering requirement: you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (not the deposit amount).
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
33pko reserves the right to change, restrict, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
The types of bets that count toward meeting wagering requirements will be specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

33pko's VIP program has 5 levels. Through regular play, users can advance to higher levels and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week

Advancement to a VIP level depends on the user's activity. Levels may decrease if specific conditions are not met. Cashback is added to the balance each week and may carry its own wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pko platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

Operating multiple accounts or opening an account on behalf of another person.
Manipulating or coordinating bets to take advantage of the bonus system.
Attempting to apply hacking, viruses, or harmful software to the platform.
Using automation software, bots, or any third-party interfering programs.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.

8 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on the 33pko website and platform — including logos, graphics, designs, text, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 33pko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 33pko. Game software displayed on the platform is the property of the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

9 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Account Suspension & Closure

A user may close their account at any time by submitting a written request. Likewise, 33pko reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If any clause of these Terms is violated.
If registration was completed with false or incomplete information.
If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
At the direction of a regulatory or legal authority.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

14 Governing Law & Miscellaneous

These Terms and the relationship between the user and 33pko will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. Any delay or failure by 33pko to enforce a right will not be considered a waiver of that right.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the original Bengali text, the original Bengali text will prevail.
